Allanbank Arts is a vibrant friendly art centre based in the eastern Scottish Borders. Our home is the 18th century former coach house for the Blackadder estate and is a truly picturesque location set in three acres of grounds.

Run by practicing artists Liz Hardy and Justine Miller we host exhibitions, sales and installations here at our studio. We also work extensively in the wider community and have a strong reputation for our innovative work with young people with a diverse range of backgrounds and challenges. As a social enterprise we put young people at the heart of all that we do and would love to hear from you if you would like to be involved in any of our projects or if you would like to work with us.

Over the last year we have hosted exhibitions, worked with many people via zoom and in person to support them during the pandemic, supported young people with complex needs, made art outside even in the snow, made a film about the voluntary sector during the pandemic and even found time for our own work.

Please get in touch, we would love to hear from you.
